My photographic process begins with a fascination for people and environment, how they overlap and intertwine. I’m less interested in dictating a moment than becoming enamored by it, following the geography of feeling: where emotion begins, how it gathers, travels through bodies and spaces, and settles. There’s an impact in that movement — the way a glance can shift the temperature of a room, how tenderness can ripple outward, how two people on the dance floor can take an entire celebration into the night, how one person’s feeling can quietly become everyone’s.
After a decade behind the camera, I’ve developed an instinct for the patterns, rhythms, and moments that tend to unfold before they even take shape. With that said, my experience never replaces curiosity. It gives me a sense of when to anticipate and when to let the pattern break, allowing adventure and observation to take the lead in real time. The result is an album that feels considered without feeling over-controlled: it's responsive, intentional, and unique to you. Sensitivity.
I’ve always been drawn to the quieter, more personal parts of the human experience. These often appear in the way people carry themselves when they feel comfortable enough to let their guard down, even if only for a split second, allowing room for me to capture the frames that reveal something true without needing to be explained. It’s within these moments that each gallery begins to take on a language of its own; the most meaningful work speaks for itself.
Remaining emotionally present lets me notice both what lies on the surface and what exists just beyond the immediately apparent. Sensitivity is a skill here, both for those in front of the camera and for myself behind it. I don’t want to become jaded by the work or lose the instinct to feel it. I hope to carry that instinct into the way I see, connect, and make photographs that feel honest to the people in them.

Wedding days begin at $5,000, while wedding weekend experiences range from $8,000-$11,000 depending on coverage wishes. Elopements begin at $2,000, and sessions at $600. Currently based in Boise, Idaho, I regularly travel throughout Southern Idaho and Northern California, with my hometown roots in Folsom offering an open invitation to Napa, Sonoma, and Lake Tahoe.​

I specialize in both digital and film imagery, with digital taking the lead and film as a tasteful side dish. Digital brings crispness, clarity, and sureness to those once-in-a-lifetime shots, while film brings texture, depth, and the delightfully unexpected.
